Johnny Thompson (aka. The Great Tomsoni) was one of the most knowledgeable magicians we knew. He was the consummate GP (General Practitioner). He could perform stage, platform and close-up magic very well. So well, that he was the foremost magic consultant for everyone on television. He was the consultant to Criss Angel, Penn and Teller, Lance Burton amongst others. Above all, he was one of our best friends.
